How It Works
This integration, powered by SyncEzy, bridges your office-based Simpro job management with SafetyCulture’s intuitive field inspection capabilities. Field teams simply select a Simpro job within SafetyCulture, and relevant data is automatically pulled in to pre-fill inspection forms. After completion, the inspection is converted to a PDF and saved directly into the matching Simpro Job as an attachment—creating a seamless, two-way workflow.

One-way sync (Simpro to SafetyCulture):
The integration automatically pushes job details—including job number, site name, customer information, and mapped custom fields—from Simpro into SafetyCulture inspection forms. You can map up to 150 fields, giving your team all the context they need to complete inspections efficiently and accurately.

One-way sync (SafetyCulture to Simpro):
After an inspection is completed in the field, a PDF report is generated and automatically saved into the relevant Simpro Job under “Job Attachments.” This ensures your documentation is always up to date and accessible to the back office.
Sync Configuration & Controls

Global Response Set (GRS):
Defines how Simpro jobs appear in SafetyCulture. You can customize which fields show in the job selection list and control the job import window (e.g. jobs from the last 365 days with “Pending” or “Progress” status). There's also a manual "Sync Now" option to bring in older or re-opened jobs instantly.

Field Pairing:
You control which Simpro fields sync into which SafetyCulture inspection questions. Only paired fields sync. At least one field pairing is required to enable the sync of PDF reports back into Simpro. For compatibility, all mapped SafetyCulture fields must use the “Text Answer” type and have exact name matches.

Sync Frequency & Monitoring:
After the initial setup, the system syncs every minute, keeping both platforms in near real-time alignment. You also get access to a Sync Status dashboard to monitor success/failure logs and a Data View for exporting sync details.
