Description
Connecting findings in field operations with maintenance management is a challenge, especially in organisations with large volumes of assets and inspection management programs. With this integration, SafetyCulture inspections can connect directly to SAP S4/HANA’s Work Order and Maintenance Management.
First, SAP master data, such as functional locations (FLOCS) and equipment are synced with SafetyCulture assets. Next, a SafetyCulture inspection can be completed and actions raised to automatically create a notification in SAP against a functional location or equipment. These notifications include key action details from SafetyCulture, including media attachments. Finally, the SAP notification number can be synced back to the SafetyCulture action.
This integration ensures that as a maintenance request or work order gets raised from the SAP notification, their progress can be tracked.

- Data complexity (how much data and how much mapping)
- System complexity (how simple and well documented the source or destination system is to connect to)
- Data volume and quality (how much data per month)
It falls into Basic, Premium or Enterprise recurring annual licence (includes maintenance) plus initial upfront services.Â
