Description
Connecting inspections and observations from the factory floor with quality management is a challenge, especially in organisations with large production volumes and complex products. With this integration, SafetyCulture inspections can connect directly to SAP S4/HANA’s Quality Management.
First, SAP master data, such as Batches and Orders are synced with SafetyCulture assets. Next, a SafetyCulture inspection can be completed and if necessary actions raised to automatically update status in SAP against a batch or order. These notifications include key details from SafetyCulture, including media attachments.
This integration ensures that quality data can be quickly and easily captured on the frontline and used to manage and improve production processes.

Pricing
Pricing is per active integration set up into or out of SafetyCulture. The YuzeData team prices your integration based on:
- Data complexity (how much data and how much mapping)
- System complexity (how simple and well documented the source or destination system is to connect to)
- Data volume and quality (how much data per month)
It falls into Basic, Premium or Enterprise recurring annual licence (includes maintenance) plus initial upfront services.
FAQ
All YuzeData requires from your internal IT team is API credentials to the connecting system; as well as a test/staging environment to prepare the integration before going into production.
