Adding a New User
When a user hits their start date in Employment Hero → New User created in SafetyCulture
Company email to be used as the email for the SafetyCulture Account. If Company Email is blank, the user is created with the personal email
Once work email is added in EmploymentHero, sends a request to the user to update their email

Updating Groups
Employment Hero “Teams” are mirrored with SafetyCulture “Groups”

Description
Connect SafetyCulture to your Employment Hero account to set up an ‘active directory’ for managing your employees in SafetyCulture. This integration enables you to:
- Create a new user in SafetyCulture when new staff are onboarded in Employment Hero.
- Mirror the SafetyCulture Groups with Employment Hero Teams to ensure users are always in the right SafetyCulture group throughout their employment.
- Remove users from SafetyCulture as they are offboarded in Employment Hero.
- Automate Training course assignments, enrolling users into the correct courses as they join the business or move into new teams.

Once per day at 12:00am AEST. We do this to allow you to amend any errors you make in EmploymentHero before the data is pushed across.
Yes - you can elect to start users as a full, lite or guest user. Once they are in the account you can update their seat type
Yes - but let’s discuss this on a call
The users will get the default permissions for the type of seat you elect. You can customise these permissions in SafetyCulture
Yes - we assign training to a group, so once a new user is added into that group they will be assigned the training for the group they are in
Yes - any groups you create in the SafetyCulture account won’t be impacted by this integration
No - the integration is “one-way” from Employment Hero into SafetyCulture as the Employment Hero API doesn’t allow us to post changes to Employment Hero. We recommend using Employment Hero as your “source of truth”
