Implementations
We provide a fully managed implementation service of SafetyCulture. The key to any implementation of operations software is to get the buy-in of the frontline team, and so our implementation approach is to design the perfect experience for field users and work backwards. We do the heavy lifting of the account set up and ensure we are configuring SafetyCulture for the long term. We will be on-site or online with your users and administrators to run training sessions and feedback sessions, and will continue to iterate with you after completion. Project timelines vary from 1 to 6 months depending on complexity.
BravasCare - Ongoing Support
BravasCare is our dedicated account management service, designed to ensure you’re fully supported throughout your SafetyCulture journey.
Each account will be different and we will design the ongoing care service relevant for your situation. Some examples include: Troubleshooting and emergency support, Project managing new use cases, Template and SC Training Course creation, Regular sharing of reports and analytics to a management group, User Management (adding, removing and updating users), Account optimisation and new feature summaries, Scoping integrations, Sending SC reports to clients or suppliers, and general day-to-day administration
API Integrations and BI Dashboards
We build BI dashboards in tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to visualise your SafetyCulture data and present it alongside data from your other systems. We integrate your SafetyCulture platform with your existing software environment and build custom two-way integrations with the SafetyCulture API, such as our Employment Hero and Tanda HRIS connectors
Template and Training Course building
We've help to convert hundreds of documents into SafetyCulture templates, such as SWMS, Risk Assessments, Inspection templates, compliance audits and pre-starts. We also help to create micro-learning courses, via the SafetyCulture training tool, using your existing training content from a PDF or Powerpoint to create mobile friendly, gamified and branded training courses

Lite Implementation Package

Ideal for small teams (up to 10 users), this package includes 15 hours of support, basic account setup (users, groups, sites), 5 digitised templates, 3 admin/manager training sessions, frontline training, and a 4-week timeline.
Standard Implementation Package
$5,000
Designed for mid-sized teams (11–50 users), this package offers 30 hours of support, full account setup, 10 templates, ongoing admin training, frontline training, UAT and staged rollout, with an 8–10 week timeline and post-implementation reviews.
Pro Implementation Package
$9,000*
Best for larger organisations (50+ users), this package includes 60 hours of support, full setup, 20 templates, ongoing training for admins and frontline users, UAT and pilot rollout, a 2–3 month timeline, and 3/6/12-month review and amendments.
