SafetyCulture data is transformed into structured fact and dimension tables inside Synapse SQL pools. Stored procedures apply business rules, incremental merges, and KPI calculations. The resulting warehouse supports scalable enterprise reporting.
Synapse Pipeline Orchestration
Synapse pipelines manage API ingestion, Bronze to Silver transformation, and Gold promotion workflows. Incremental and full-load logic is centrally controlled. Batch IDs ensure traceability and reconciliation.
ADLS Gen2 Storage Layer
Raw and curated datasets are stored in Azure Data Lake using a Bronze, Silver, and Gold structure. This supports separation between raw ingestion and curated analytics layers. Partitioning improves performance and scalability.
Incremental Processing Framework
Watermark-based updates reduce compute load while maintaining data freshness. Pipeline variables track batch IDs and timestamps for auditing. This ensures reliable enterprise refresh cycles.
BI Visualisations & Dashboards
Power BI connects directly to Synapse SQL endpoints for analytics and reporting. Bravas designs and builds executive and operational dashboards on top of the curated Gold tables, including KPI definitions, report structures, and reusable semantic models. Dashboards are tailored to support both executive oversight and field-level operational reporting.

SafetyCulture data is extracted via REST API, landed into Azure Data Lake Bronze storage, transformed into curated Silver datasets, and loaded into structured Gold warehouse tables using Synapse SQL pools and stored procedures.
