Connect SafetyCulture to OneDrive to automatically export completed inspection reports into a folder you choose. Use OneDrive search, sharing, and access controls to keep reports in one place.
SafetyCulture exports reports to the site and document library you select, then organizes them in this folder structure: SafetyCulture / [site name] / [template title] / [yyyy-mm]. If an inspection has no site selected, SafetyCulture exports it to a folder called No Site.

📘 This integration does not export inspections completed before setup.
How it works
- Install the integration in the SafetyCulture web app.
- Sign in to Microsoft and select a folder location in OneDrive.
- SafetyCulture exports completed inspections automatically to your selected folder location.
OneDrive only allows you select folders that you own. Folders that other people own and share with you won’t appear in the folder list.
