How it works
1. Download the SafetyCulture Power BI connector file and add it to Power BI Desktop’s Custom Connectors folder.2. Trust the connector in Windows (setup requires a Windows Registry step).
3. In Power BI Desktop, select Get data → SafetyCulture, then authenticate and choose tables to load.
Requirements
✔️ SafetyCulture Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan✔️ Web app
✔️ Full seat
✔️ API token
✔️ Power BI Pro or Premium plan
📘 This is an uncertified connector, so setup requires a Windows Registry change. It is not suited for very large data sets; thus, long refresh times are common. If you need to report on large volumes of data, use the SafetyCulture Exporter or Data Feeds API to load data into a database or data warehouse, then connect Power BI to that source. SafetyCulture does not support Power BI gateways.
