Display Microsoft Excel workbooks in the SafetyCulture web app so your team can access important spreadsheets alongside day-to-day work. Add a workbook as a page and open it anytime from the left-side menu.

Embed a full workbook or specific sheets.
Add up to 10 workbooks or sheets for your organization.
Restrict access to specific users and groups.

How it works

1. Create an embed link in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365).
2. In SafetyCulture, install the integration and add a page with a label and the embed link URL.
3. Open the workbook from the left-side menu in the SafetyCulture web app.

Yes. By default, embedded dashboards are available to everyone in your organization. You can restrict access to specific users and groups. Depending on the embedded link, users may still need to sign in to Microsoft Excel.
