Description
utomatically create your vehicles from AT&T Fleet as assets in SafetyCulture. Gain visibility over your asset's telematics, such as location, and stay on top of your vehicle maintenance by performing scheduled inspections, creating actions, and more.
Please note that this integration currently doesn’t support AT&T Fleet trailers and equipment without an AT&T Fleet device installed, and the syncing is one-way from AT&T Fleet to SafetyCulture.
Create assets
Each vehicle in AT&T Fleet will be created as an asset in SafetyCulture. These assets will be grouped in a new asset type named "AT&T Fleet vehicle".
Merge with existing assets
If an existing asset's "Unique ID" is the same as a vehicle's "Vehicle Name", the integration will update the asset with the vehicle details instead of creating a new asset. The existing type for these assets will be updated with the fields required for the integration.
Note: If you ever need to uninstall the integration in the future, any imported data will not be affected.

You can connect your existing assets to the integration by updating the "Unique ID" to match your asset management system's "Vehicle Name" (Samsara, Geotab, or AT&T) or "Equipment ID" (Caterpillar).
Please ensure you update your existing assets before installing the integration to prevent duplicates from being created.
You can view your telematic readings within the asset profile. You can click on a relevant reading to view historical readings, including those pre-dating the installation of your integration, and export them to CSV.
